How to make Margaritas – a master class

My home in Mexico is enjoying the good life. While I’m in Toronto (at least until the Cancun-Riviera Maya Wine and Food Festival later this month) I’ve been watching updates on life in my condo in Puerto Escondido, Mexico via travel writer Colleen Friesen’s Traveling Light blog. Through her posts I’ve seen Iggy the iguana sunning himself on the terrace, watched Gabriel the gardener carefully tend the bougainvillea and listened to the great kiskadees call back and forth across the swimming pool. Yesterday, I learned how  to make margaritas and enjoyed a virtual sip from afar. Thanks Colleen!
